Snow on the Mountains Mitts

Knit from the top down to the cuff, you can make these and take full advantage of left-over cashmere from another project (like the Snow on the Mountains scarf!). If you wind your cashmere into two equal balls (a postal scale is wonderful for this), you'll be sure to have enough for both hands.

These elegant mitts are just the thing for a Christmas fancy outing -- your hands are warm and yet still so sophisticated!
