Simple Christmas Stocking

Simple Christmas Stocking.This is a super easy stocking that only uses simple increases and decreases plus knit stitch. A lovely festive project to practice simple shaping. The chunky yarn and large needles make it a quick knit too – great as a last minute Christmas project. After all, Santa has to put his presents somewhere!

One size included: approximately top to foot 40cm (15 ½”) & heel to toe 27cm (11”)

Two colours of yarn (1 ball of each) used, yarn alternatives also suggested.

Inspired by a traditional Christmas in the country. I aim to make easy to follow patterns with a fun design twist. On this pattern it's the chunky-ness of the yarn that plays with the scale of the stocking.
