Sheep or lamb

The lamb is one of the easiest, but most time-consuming because it requires adding fleece in chain loop stitches all around the body and most of the head. Sheep come in lots of colors and variations, and you can change the colors of the legs, ears, face, and fleece to fit the look you like best.

You need to have…

Yarn in desired color(s) and weight (~6oz/100g for sport weight; ~24oz/700g for worsted)

Contrast yarn for eyes and nostrils

Knitting needles at least 2 sizes smaller than those recommended for the yarn being used

Stuffing

Crochet hook for crochet chain loop stitches

Tapestry needle
