I saw a hat a friend of mine was wearing, a store bought hat at that (gasp I know!!) and knew I needed to knit it for myself. This is my creation based on just a glance at hers, with my own mix.
It is not an exact copy cat, but it is my version.
This hat is available in 3 different weights of yarn: Worsted, Heavy Worsted/Aran, and Bulky. All three patterns produce the same hat, but as we know, some math is a must when trying to change up patterns to use a different weight of yarn. I did the hard part and figured the math for you. This created 3 different patterns depending on the yarn you wish to use.
The pattern is labeled as a beginner pattern as it uses Knits and Purls only. Each row makes a difference; the pattern is well written and detailed to give directions per row and repeats.
