Save the Bees Sweater

This sweater has been inspired by one of the most important species on our planet – the humble bee. We owe a lot of our existence to this wonderful little creature, and so I wanted to design something to celebrate it.

The sweater is made up of a mixture of colour work and cables, creating a sweater with a fun yet classic look that is comfortable and easy to wear. The honeycomb patterns along the sides of the body and sleeves add depth and interest to the design not only as a finished object, but whilst knitting as well.

The sweater is knitted top-down and in-the-round, with a colour work yoke and cable details on the sides of the body and tops of sleeves. The colour work sections are charted only.
