Product Description
Sakura Season shawl was inspired by abundant cherry blossoms we are lucky to enjoy every spring. The soft pink and off white colour combo used in this asymmetrical triangle shawl reflects the beauty of these gentle flowers.
The shawl is worked on the bias starting at the tip with a few cast-on stitches. It is knit in blocks of a single colour and 2-colour stitch patterns. And though the colour-work may look complex and intimidating at first glance, it is done with the slip stitch technique and very basic cable stitches. This means you work with only one strand of yarn per row, alternating colours every two rows.
