Rockscape

The Rockscape shawl is inspired by the landscapes of The Vosges region. With two colorways reminiscent of the iconic fruits of The Vosges, Rockscape lets you explore peaks, rocks and valleys by combining lace and mosaic with an uncommon shawl shape. Time to have some fun with mosaic and stylish lace patterns combined with special construction techniques!

For best effect, use a yarn with reasonably good stitch definition and two colorways with enough contrast for the mosaic portions. Yarn weights ranging from fingering to DK would be suitable. As for colorways, I would recommend one solid colorway combined with either a solid, semi-solid, speckled, or gradient (single skein or gradient set) yarn.

Suggestions are given to customize the pattern. Charts and written instructions are provided as well as clear video tutorials for the used stitches.
