‘Rain Baby Blanket'

Rain Baby Blanket is perfect for that special baby in your life. It consists of a pretty, dot pattern broken up by lines, with garter stitch edges.

Suitable for baby or as a throw for the end of the bed or in your sitting room. A great idea for a baby shower gift or new born baby present.

The banket is knit all in one piece, so there’s no sewing up, just sewing/weaving ends in. The pattern is easy, as all you need to know is how to cast/bind on and off, knit and purl – all patterns are formed from knit and purl sts. The instructions are written line by line, with British and US terms.

One main size is given, but instructions are included on how to make the blanket wider and/or longer. 3 different size examples are given, along with yarn amounts - 51 x 66cm/20 x 26in, 76 x 97cm/30 x 38in, and 89 x 127cm/35 x 50in. Yarn recommendations are given, but any aran/worsted yarn should work well.
