This is a cozy but lightweight reversible cardigan that you can wear year-round. The stepped hemline, side slits, and shoulder shaping make for a flattering fit for all body types, and you get two looks from this one project: wear it ribbed side out for a more edgy, casual look, or knit side out for a more classic style. Either way, this will become a wardrobe staple. The back and fronts of this cardigan are worked flat and seamed together. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round from the top down, after knitted-in sleeve caps are worked using short-row shaping. Garter stitch button bands are picked up along the front edges, and a simple stockinette band finishes the neckline.
