Pumpkin Blanket

This easy to knit, chunky throw blanket pattern is worked up using a combination of knits and purls to create an outline of pumpkins throughout. The blanket is reversible, but look the clearest from the right side. Written for 3 sizes, and has both written & charted instructions.

SKILL LEVEL • Beginner - only involves knits and purls. You can place stitch markers to separate the stitch repeats and make it even easier.

YARN • Super Bulky (#6) 332/564/1002 yards {304/516/916 meters}

Sample uses: Lion Brand Thick & Quick (80% Acrylic / 20% Wool, 106 yds {97 m}/170g) in the colorway ‘Butterscotch’.

NEEDLES • US 15 {10 mm} circular needles 32″ {80 cm} or longer. Or size needed to match gauge.

GAUGE Stockinette - Worked Flat • 8.5 sts / 13.5 rows = 4″ {10 cm}.
