Product Description
This Plain Checkers Farmhouse style table runner is customizable in length as well as types of yarn. All you need is a 5mm crochet hook and about 600 yards of yarn for a 35inch table runner, if you plan to use a worsted weight. You also need 3 different color yarns all the same weight.
This particular stitch works great with all types of yarn because of its thick weave. I appreciate solid table runners because I like them to stay put. The stitches used in the runner create a nice thick fabric. You can use either side up on your table because the stitches are made to be reversible.
If you have never done color work before I have a link to a Youtube video showing you how I change colors! The pattern is written and includes a color grid.
