I love Pine trees and pine cones and made these gloves to commemorate that love. The gloves are warm a will protect your hands against harsh weather just as pine trees protect the animals huddled in their branches against the same. This pattern includes complete instructions, list of abbreviations used and charts. Alpaca Suri Silk Hunter Green (80% baby Suri Alpaca/20% silk) 2 skeins or **other DK **Weight Yarn (155 Yards) (54 gms)

1 set size 3 US (3.25mm) double-pointed knitting needles

Tapestry needle for finishing ends

Scrap yarn for holding thumb gusset

3 stitch markers, 1 for beginning of round and one for each end of thumb gusset
