Product Description
Paper planes are great fun! There are so many different ways to make them - and some will soar across the room or into the distance, while others take an immediate nose-dive.
The ‘Paper Planes’ hat features a ring of classic paper airplanes as seen from above, outlined with twisted stitches for nice crisp edges.
Skills needed include knitting in the round, knit and purl stitches, basic decreases, and knitting through the back loop of a stitch.
Materials: 85-185 yards / 78-170 metres of sock or fingering-weight yarn. One 50g ball of Skeinz Merino Soft 4ply will be enough for any size. Choose a smooth, bouncy yarn for a nicely defined texture.
Yards/meters required: 85yds/78m (110yds/100m, 125yds/115m, 155yds/142m, 185yds/170m).
Both charted and written instructions are included.
