Product Description
Use any sock yarn.
As they are made from two colours for the ladies sizes you only need 150-170 m (~50g) sock yarn in each colour making it a great way to use up unfinished skeins.
If you have wide feet or want to make the men's sizes then you might want to consider using a thicker yarn to keep the density of the knit. Something like Madelinetosh sport is ideal.
These are toe up socks made in two contrasting colours, with a mosaic pattern section around the ankle. Mosaic knitting is just like knitting stripes as it's a form of slipped stitch knitting, so it's super easy but looks really impressive.
