Keep it as written for a few owls peeking out amongst the plain cables, or take it up a notch and replace all of the plain cables with owls! Fun stripes offer the opportunity to use up scraps or mini skeins and mix it up with as many different colors of yarn as you desire.

SIZES  Adult Medium (Large) to fit head circumference 19–22” (23–25”) {48.3–55.9 (58.4–63.5) cm}.  Hat final dimensions: 18” (22”) {45.7 (55.8) cm} in circumference at brim and 7.5” (8.5”) {19 (21.6) cm} tall.

MATERIALS  Approximately 130 (150) yds {119 (137 m)} main color (MC) and 24 (36) yds {22 (33 m)} each of contrasting colors 1 & 2 (CC1 & CC2) of appropriate worsted-weight yarn
