MIKA Hood

The MIKA Hood is a knitted hood with a small shawl collar, a practical alternative to hats and scarfs, and thanks to the large needles it is quick to knit.

Techniques used: Left- and right leaning decreases, short rows using the wrap&turn method. All techniques used are explained directly in the instructions.

Yarn:

200 g ‚Sweet Sheep‘ by Knitloop (100 % Pure Wool; 100 m/100 g) or

200 g ‚Linie 13’ by ONline (100 % Pure Wool; 50 m/50 g) or

200 g ‚Snow‘ by Drops (100 % Pure Wool; 50 m/50 g) or

150 g ‚Kos‘ by Sandnes Garn, used double stranded (62 % Baby Alpaca, 9 % Wool, 29 % Nylon; 150 m/50 g).

Needles:

Circular ndl (60 or 80 cm/24 or 32 in.) size 7.0 mm (US 10.5/UK 2)
