"Lucyle" was made to honor the late Lucyle Garmes, who was considered the most beautiful of all the professional cowgirls in the 1930's. She became a rodeo star in the 1930's and won the World Champion Saddle Bronch riding competition. This was one of the numerous champion titles she held in her life time.
