First experience with Love crafts

The yarn did not knit up as expected to the pattern which required me to order more. Luckily I was supplied with the same batch numbers after my request for support was seen and a service agent acted. Unfortunately from the four balls of pink yarn one had two knots in it but even worse the blue had one ball with a large lump and knot and a second where the dye had not taken in a section and was pink! It is very annoying to find yarn knotted in the middle of a ball because it doesn’t knit in.
