Lakeshore

Lakeshore is a gorgeous crescent shaped shawl that’s engaging to knit. The two colors alternate creating a lovely ripple effect, like waves. There’s plenty to keep you interested – stripes, dropped stitches and lace – and together they create a harmonious, gentle wrap.

You'll need 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn, 1 skein in each color (256 m / 280 yds of C1 and 342 m / 374 yds of C2).The shawl shown was knitted with Lanitium ex Machina BFL Sock Twist (80% BFL, 20% nylon; 365 m / 400 yds per 100 g) in Corner of No and Where (C1) and Solstice Luna Sock (80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon; 393 m / 430 yds per 115 g) in 11 Pipers Piping (C2).
