Knit Fish

Knit your own fantastical fish with this original pattern. With so many color options and alternate fin patterns, the variations are truely endless. They're so quick and fun to knit, you'll find yourself surrounded by schools of them in no time!

It is knit mostly in the round, with the body and tail knit in one piece. Basic increases and decreases are used for shaping, and multiple finishes are provided so you can personalize your Fish. It requires less than 1 skein of yarn, and makes a great stash buster. The examples were knit with sport weight cotton and worsted acrylic yarn, and US size 3.5 double pointed needles. The finished measurements are approximately 9 inches long and 8 inches tall.
