Kiela Socks

These cable socks feature a lovely cable pattern. The socks are worked from the cuff down. This pattern is written for magic loop. If DPNs are preferred, consider you needles 1&2 as TN and 3&4 as BN. You have to be able to read charts for this pattern. IG @meijuknits #meijuknits #kielasocks

Sizing: One size, women’s US 7-8/EU 37-39. Finished measurements: Leg circumference approx. 8.5”/21 cm. Foot circumference approx. 8.5”/21 cm.

Measurements of the sock with no ease. Worn with negative ease: fits to leg circumference 12”/30 cm (measured from where the cuff is placed) and foot circumference 9”/23 cm. You can modify the size by gauge, needle size and yarn. Use larger yarn and needles for larger sock.

Gauge: 28 sts and 38 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette stitch

34 sts and 38 rows = 4” 10 cm in Cable pattern with larger US 2.5(3 mm) needles.

Yarn: Lanitium ex Machina Basic Sock 75 % superwash wool/25 % nylon, 3.5oz/100g/460yds/420m, 1 skein. The sample color is Brickwall.
