Product Description
Kangaroo knit pattern pdf – perfect as an easy handmade gift for a new mum & baby.
Beginner soft toy animal – make your own cute Australian Joey and mum. Each simple piece is worked flat in rows of stocking/stockinette stitch, with easy increases and decreases. Once made up, the jumping Joey fits snugly inside the marsupial mum’s pouch.
The quick project is a perfect last-minute present for birthdays or Christmas. Cuddly plush is a personal present for kids, an expectant mum, a newborn baby or any animal-lover.
The pattern uses a chunky novelty yarn, which is perfect for replicating kangaroo fur and surprisingly easy to knit with. You could customise the look by using a plain brown yarn.
A4 digital pdf download pattern is available instantly, forever, and is easily printable. Pattern support is available if you need it – feel free to ask me questions! I’m based in the UK.
The strong and poseable legs are easily made by stuffing them with a pipe cleaner, wire or bendy drinking straw.
