Knit your own Joining the Dark Side Cowl in the round, with colorwork chevrons creating a smooth transition from dark to light to dark again. Finish by joining the dark sides, creating a continuous flow. Which side will you choose?

Gauge: 19 sts and 26 rounds = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch 21 sts and 26 rounds = 4" (10 cm) in pattern

Yarn: 4 skeins of Malabrigo Silky Merino (51% silk, 49% merino) – 150 yd (137 m) per 1.76 oz (50g), 2 in Purple Mystery and 2 in Indiecita. Substitute with 2 x 300 yd (274 m) of any DK weight yarn (CYCA#3).
