Hello Spring Pillow

(1) crochet pattern for a Hello Spring Pillow, this pillow features a pink tulip bloom on a green and white checkered background with the friendly phrase "hello spring". Very bright and colorful way to introduce the new season! Pillow measures 18" x 18" when finished.

This fun pillow was made using the “intarsia” method, which is just a fancy word for ‘rows of single crochet and color changes’. Intarsia crochet is not super difficult and works up fairly quickly. There are quite a few good videos on youtube for intarsia crochet available, should you want to view them.

Pattern includes instruction and tips for how to do intarsia crochet, specific instructions for THIS particular pattern and a colored graph. “I Love This Yarn” brand yarn was used for this pattern, however any medium weight (#4) worsted weight yarn with comparable colors can be used. Front of the pillow has the tulip graphic image, the back is plain white.
