Product Description
Gus spends his days nibbling tasty leaves from the tops of trees. He is easy to make in any size you want, just change the size of your needle and your yarn.
Guz is knit in the round using double pointed needles and his arms and legs are made using I-Cords. The pattern is written for a small-ish giraffe using worsted weight yarn and US#3 double pointed needles. You can easily ‘upsize’ Gus by using a bulky yarn & US# 8 dpns.
The pattern is written in US Terminology. Step by step, easy to follow. You will need knowledge of casting on, binding off, knit stitch, purl stitch, increase, decrease, icord and knitting g in the round.
Skills needed: Confidence working with double pointed needles I-cord.
