Gradiently Yours is perfect for any yarn you have in stash! Designed in a fingering weight, this shawl/lette construction can be translated to any weight with any yardage, you only have to change your needle size!
When I designed this shawl I had in mind a pattern that would compliment a gradient but not get lost in it either. I love the marrying to yarn and pattern into the perfect complimentary combination. You can see my original sample at Cloth Carousel in Vacaville CA.

YARN 400-600 yards (366-549 meters) of Fingering weight yarn
NEEDLES US 5 (3.75mm) / 32” (80cm needle) or longer
NOTIONS Tapestry needle
GAUGE 24 stitches by 21 garter bumps = 4 inches (10 cm) in blocked garter
Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge if necessary!
SIZE 60” wide by 24” deep (152 cm wide by 61 cm deep) but easily customizable.
