Gingerbread Man

It was so quick and easy to make this little man, and what a cute thing he is! He is currently sitting happily in the window downstairs, smiling at the passing village and waiting patiently for some new friends to join him.I am currently working on a stripey cat for Halloween, but a bear or a rabbit also feature on my to-do list - I even have a bumble bee in mind! This pattern focuses on a really simple and versatile body shape - too good to be without and sooo easy to knit and sew up, with not too many seams or fiddly bits (just one central back & head seam plus the arms & legs).
