Geisli headband

The Geisli headband is a fast make, looks great on most heads and will keeps you ears warm.

It is made in front/back post dc. The pattern has a photo tutorial for the stitches.

The circumference is made to measurement, so you don't need to worry too much about gauge and you can make it for any size head. The width of the headband will vary with gauge and yarn weight. I have made 2 versions - one (light green) where 1 thread of wool and 1 thread of silk mohair is held together (hook 3,5 mm, 12 cm wide) - and the other version using only the wool (hook 3 mm, 9 cm wide).

Version 1 (warm grey): Krea Deluxe organic wool 1, color 19, 1 skein. Hook: 3 mm Width at widest point: 9 cm (after wash). The circumference is made to measurement.

Version 2 (light green): Krea Deluxe organic wool 1, color 32. 1 skein Krea Deluxe silk mohair, color 33, 1 skein Hook: 3,5 mm Width at widest point: 12 cm (after wash). The circumference is made to measurement.
