Product Description
The GARDEN cardigan is an open front cardigan that stays on the shoulders while working in the garden, with a nice neckline to keep your neck warm and an easy lace pattern.
GARDEN Cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down. You start with the back for the length of the armhole. Then you pick up the stitches for the fronts and work them to the same length. You join back and fronts to work the body in stitch pattern down to the bottom ribbing. Pick up the sleeve sts to work the sleeves both alike top down in rounds in stitch pattern. Attach the optional pocket. Besides weaving in the ends, there is no finishing required.
Bust circumference of the finished cardigan is: 102 (114, 126, 140, 152, 164) cm / 40 (45, 49½,55, 60, 64½)" The garment is intended to be worn with approx. 25 cm (10") of positive ease for smaller sizes and narrow bodies and gradually less positive ease for larger sizes and busty girls.
