Product Description
You don't need to be able to claim Viking heritage to knit and wear this stylish set, but it wouldn't hurt! Easy to customize, the set would look great in just about any color combination. Both hat and mitts are worked in the round from the bottom up; the hat is worked on short circular needles before shaping the top using double pointed needles. The mitts are worked using double pointed needles, though you can use whatever method you prefer for working small circumference in the round.
Worked in one size only, they will fit most. The hat measures 18 1/4" [46.5 cm] circumference and 8 1/2" [21.5 cm] high. The mitts are 8" [20.5 cm] hand circumference, and 7 1/2" [19 cm] tall.
The hat is perfect for the knitter new to stranded color knitting.
