Frosted

Frosted is the pattern that got me into writting a pattern. Friends of mine interested on the construction when I brought the project to a meet up in February. After explaining the construction as simple as I can, they encourage me to write the pattern and sale it.

The construction I use is not a very common on knitwear design. The lines on the center front and the back divided the body into 2 parts work sideways from the lines. The small lace pattern at the back is for a treat when you bored with the stockinette and the garter v-neck on the front so crisp and visually elongated the body. The sideways contruction is worked with a German short rows to accomodate the curved line and the slant of the v-neck and a very great opportunity to work a vertical stripes with a varigated or ombre handdyed yarn, lets say its flattering for many people.

Other than lace knitting, picking up stitches, german short rows, you could also learn to kitchener sticth to seam.

The pattern has been tested.
