Fringy Cowl

Fringy Cowl is a fun drop stitch cowl that utilizes simple increasing and decreasing to make a bandana shape. Fringy Cowl uses 100 grams of fingering weight yarn to make the perfect tuck-in-your-coat accessory. Use that fun colored single skein with the perfect contrast color to make this great beginner project.

YARN 463 yards (423 meters) of fingering weight yarn

NEEDLES US 5 (3.75 mm) 16” circular (40 cm) (two sets, both are used for the bind off)

NOTIONS Tapestry needle Stitch marker

GAUGE 22 stitches by 23 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in garter stitch after blocking

Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge if necessary!
