Yarn used in sample (Size 2) is West Green Loft Yarns Highland Rustic (100% Non-superwash Highland wool; 410 m / 100 g): 115 m in Sea Shell colourway as main colour and 160 m in 3 colourways of a mini-skein set.

Gauge: 32 sts & 38 rows = 10 cm / 4” in colourwork stockinette stitch in the round, blocked.

Techniques used: Judy’s magic cast-on, Japanese short rows, tubular bind-off.

Construction notes: The socks are worked from the toe up with gusset increases on the bottom of the foot instead of the sides. After turning the heel and working the heel flap, the leg is worked in the round to desired length. The sock is finished with a 1x1 rib and tubular bind-off.
