Five Year Hoodie

Finally! A hoodie that is easy to knit, easy fit and lots of ways to personalize. I wanted a hat that covered my ears, had mohair that didn’t directly touch my skin, didn’t allow snow down the back of my neck and had a nice fit between my neck and coat collar. It has a slip stitch bottom edge so it stays close to the neck. There are lots of ways to accent the design with buttons or beads along the contrasting rim or by adding pom poms or tassels to the ties. Don’t limit yourself to holiday colors, I love mine in woodland green and brown tones. Be prepared for gift requests from family and friends. Bit of hand sewing required to stabilize the trim.
