Fire and Ash Hat

This slouchy hat has an easy slip stitch design that resembles flames in a bed of ash.  

The flame stitch is worked in two rows with increases and yarn overs in a contrasting color yarn that are then slipped on subsequent rows. Choosing a different color scheme could make it appear as flowers in a meadow.

Hat measures 14”/36cm in circumference, 11.5”/27cm deep after very light blocking. Fits head size up to 21”/53.5cm. I am a tight knitter so please do gauge to ensure correct size and adequate yarn amount.
