Father's Day necktie

This design is dedicated to all the special men in my life ... my father, my father-in-law, my husband, and my three boys. The elegance and sophistication of this tie are just a small example of how much they've enriched my life.

The ties is a knit-purl texture stitch that adds interest while also ensuring that the tie lies flat. The tie is 2.5" wide at the straight hem ... narrowing to 1.5" for the around the neck portion and the under part. The fingering weight cashmere is held double throughout to give body to the tie.
