Entrelac Basket Weave Blanket

THIS IS A LOOP YARN FINGER-KNITTING PATTERN. The Amazing Entrelac Basket Weave Blanket is a diagonal checkerboard or diamond pattern with squares knit in opposing directions, which gives a basket weave look. This is not a quilt! These square are not sewn together afterward. Entrelac is a knitting technique that isachieved by knitting with a continuous strand of yarn. You will knit one string of horizontal squares at a time. This can be done with one colour, as in the photos, or if you choose, you can change colours for each row (there are lots of inspiring photo ideas if you google 'Entrelac').
