Ember Ridge Shawl

Named for the last light on the desert ridge, Ember Ridge is a reversible textured shawl featuring rich knit-and-purl texture accented with knit-1-below stitches for added depth and dimension.

Worked flat from the tip outward, the shawl grows through an easy-to-memorize 12-row repeat that creates a beautifully textured fabric with two attractive sides. Gentle increases shape the shawl while preserving the clean geometric lines of the design.

The sample shown measures approximately 60" (152 cm) across the wingspan and 34" (86 cm) deep, but the pattern can easily be customized by working more or fewer repeats.
