You will need: 4 ply (fingering weight) wool yarn 50 g remnants of fingering weight wool yarn in various colours for embellishments 2 knitting needles 3.25 mm (US3) crochet hook 3 mm DPN s to knit I-cord 3.25 mm (US3) stitch holders, or spare DPN's stitch marker (I use just a piece of waste yarn, it makes the best stitch marker and costs nothing) darning needle
