Product Description
This square has been designed to fit the standard of 12 inches when worked in worsted weight yarn. When worked in thinner yarn the square will be smaller. My samples were worked in Stylecraft DK and measure 8.5 inches.
The latest in the Essex villages series this design calls to mind the formal paths of a garden, textured plant beds and bordering mosaic path. Beth Chatto was a famous Essex gardener, making the most of the drier climate in this part of the country. The gardens remain open to the public near the village of Elmstead Market.
