The Easy Street asymmetrical shawl is a simple, fun and adaptable pattern. The instructions are given for 2 different versions of the shawl: The blue shawl in the pattern pics is version 1 and is a 4 row repeat pattern, version 2 is the brown shawl and is an 8 row repeat pattern.
The resulting shawl is a reversible, light and lacy shawl, and the magic lies in the fact that there are no complicated lace stitches to learn, just a simple wrapped stitch technique! It works beautifully with variegated, colourful sock weight yarn and the pattern is easy to remember making it perfect for TV or travel knitting.
