This Shawl is a great project for beginners. The lacepart is easy to knit and the stockinette part is perfect to watch TV.
This pattern is available in german and in english!
Finished measurements: Width 48 inches (120 cm), and length 26 inches (24 cm) measured from top to bottom, at deepest point, (after blocking).
**Materials:**Garn: Cascade Yarn Sock75% Merino, 25% Nylon, 1 skein 400 meters/100g.
Needles: Circular needles US 4 (3.5 mm)
**Other: **4 stitch markers, tapestry needle, row counter (optional).
Gauge: 20 sts and 38 rows to 4 inches (10 x 10 cm), in stockinette stitch, after blocking with US 4 (3.5mm) needles. Gauge is not crucial for this project, but changes might result in a smaller/larger shawl and different yardage requirement.
