The instructions were amateurish and confusing. I had to rewrite the pattern for myself, changing the American abbreviations to the ones for the UK. It would help to be told these are American patterns before one has paid for and downloaded the instructions. I have managed to make three crop tops from this pattern but I am a fairly experienced knitter. The sizing didn’t help at all.
