Doris the Donkey

Doris the Donkey is ready for a day at the beach in their floppy sun hat and colourful saddle blanket. This pattern short row shaping for the donkey, and k1b (knit one below) for the saddle blanket pattern. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the donkey and accessories are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. Doris stands at 26cm tall.
