Different Light

This fun 2-color crescent shawl has been created to celebrate 5th anniversary of Vlnene Sestry, a LYS in the heart of Brno, the Czech Republic. Lovely girls from the shop translated the pattern for you too :)

The shawl begins at the center and is worked outwards to the border. It is worked in sections, alternating two stitch patterns: garter stitch and simple tuck stitch. Then it is finished with a simple lace border. The sample shawl is worked in a solid and a speckle but would look equally beautiful when knit in two solids or two speckles. The border is both charted and written out.
