In Belém, a district of Lisbon, the river Tejo meets the sea. Here you can see the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the Monument of the Discoveries, a landmark of the city. L**ooking to the west you follow the ships on their way to a new world. At the opposite, you can see another landmark: the Ponte 25 de Abril. I am combining these two views in one cushion cover. There is an easy-to-knit pattern of the sunset in the west on the one side and the dusk in the east on the other.
