Page 1-16 of this PDF contains the original pattern. Page 17-32 of this PDF contains a printer-friendly (reduced colour) version of the pattern.
You will need 200-600g yarn (depending on size), and the corresponding hook size. You will also need a tapestry needle, a measuring tape, stitch markers, and scissors.
