Product Description
About the Design: This raglan pullover has light shaping from the waist to the chest, and is worked in the round with a steek inserted for the v-neck shaping. It is a good project for the knitter who is new to knitting circular sweaters, as it’s just St st and ribbing, so all attention can be paid to the raglan shaping, without any distracting stitch work or color work.
Although I love to design more complex knits, oftentimes, I prefer to wear simpler knits, especially when I am working at home.
I used Peace Fleece for both sweaters. I LOVE Peace Fleece. It softens up a lot after washing. It hardly ever pills, even with all the wear I give the sweaters, and the mohair helps to make the fabric soft and warm.
Gauge: 16 sts and 26 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch with size 8 ndls or size to give gauge. To save time, take time to check gauge.
Substitute Yarn Weight: heavy worsted (aran)
