Crochet Regency Angel Shawl Pattern

This Regency Era "Angel" Prayer shawl pattern is a lovely and feminine wrap that is very easy to make.

The main part of this shawl is made following a lovely filet crochet stitch pattern; this simple 2 row pattern repeat is easy to follow and creates a very feminine lacy design. A dainty and delicate double loop edging is crocheted all around this design, creating an extra vintage element.

This shawl is inspired by the Regency era, and features 2 different colors.

This pattern is written in US terms (British terms in brackets)

For this project you will need:

3 skeins of Paintbox Yarn in shade Ballet Pink or 2 skeins of Bernat Softee Baby yarn

1 skein of Paintbox Yarn in shade Raspberry Pink, or 1 skein of Scheepjes Colour Crafter in shade 1061 Meppel

A 4,5 mm crochet hook

Tapestry needle

A pair of scissors
