Crochet Pumpkins for Autumn or Halloween

This cute pattern makes a little pumpkin which you can use to decorate your desk/home for the Autumn season or Halloween festivities. The ‘pocket pumpkins’ make a great gift for a friend. There is a patten for a bigger and smaller pumpkin, but each pattern can be adjusted by using a single strand of DK yarn for a smaller pumpkin, or by holding together two strands of yarn to make a larger more ‘knobbly’ pumpkin (due to increased stiffness of the fabric). You can also hold two different colours/shades together to create pumpkins in a range of colour variations e.g. try using yellow and brown held together, or green and orange.
